OVER THE WALL II - WEEK 10 RESULTS

We started the night trailing One Time by four games. After our four-game sweep of Team 7 while One Time were losing three of four, we are now only one game out. Our record improved to 26-14.

It was a big night for us as we surpassed our previous high game of 692 in the first (703) and third (698) games. We dipped a bit to 655 in the middle game but we did well enough to top our previous high series of 2007 with a score of 2056. Sharon scored her high series and tied her high game for the season.

  2. Agreed, Coach. We were definitely on last night. In the second game when our scores dropped a bit, we were still pretty good. We just had that one patch when he hit a bunch of splits. Once we worked our way out of that, we caught fire again.

I hope the shirts will arrive this week so we can break them out next Monday.

  3. I was fiddling with my calculator and it looks like we will be giving up about 7 or 8 pins per game in handicap next week. For Sharon to bump her average up from 159 to 160, she needs to bowl a 490 series. The Coach will need a 501 series to boost his average from 158 to 159. A 534 series will bump it up to 160. Olivia can break 140 with a 444 series. I will need a 579 series to move from 184 to 185. All of those scores are attainable.
