We were at Millennium Park today but it started raining on us so we had to flee before we got to the "giant bean." Maybe we'll get a chance to see it tomorrow.
IT WAS RAINING ALL NIGHT YESTERDAY AND MAY MY KNEES WERE HURTING REAL BAD. BESIDES THAT, ME AND OLIVIA BOWLED AND WERE REAL COMPETIVE AGAINST (KENNEDY/WU). WE LOST ALL FOUR GAMES. THE HIGHEST BEING 62 PINS. THE FIRST 2 GAMES THEY WON BY 5 PINS AND 14 PINS. WE HAD THE LEAD IN THE FIRST 3 GAMES GOING TO THE 10 FRAME. I BLEW IT BY MISSING SPARES IN THE 9 AND 10 FRAME. PLUS THEY WERE WORKING OF STRIKES IN THE 9THE FRAME AND FINISH MR. WU FINSHED STRONG IN THE 10 TO DEFEAT US. IT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AGAINST US. AND BOTH ME AND OLIVIA HAD FUN. WE MADE THEM WORK HARD. THE LANE CONDITIONS WERE TOUGH. NONE OF US INCLUDING (KENNEDY/WU) HAD 3 STRIKES IN A ROW. I WILL PUT THE SCORES ON NEXT TUES FROM THIS WEEK. I SAW JEFF AND THE GANG WHILE I WAS THERE. I SAW KRIS AND KRIS. FEMALE KRIS HAS GAINED SOME WEIGHT. I HAD 133,134,129,142 BUT I WILL PUT THE SCORES ON. OLIVIA HAD A TOUGH LAST GAME. HER FINGERS SWELLED UP ON HER. BUT I ENJOYED MYSELF.NOW WE ARE ON SCORPION PATTERN. CATCH YOU LATER.
Thanks for the update, Coach. Don't worry about the wins and losses. The important thing is what you learn from bowling on the difficult PBA lane conditions. So long as you enjoy yourself and learn something that can improve your game, it's a good experience. I hope your knees will feel better next week.I will try to post some tips for playing the Scorpion pattern before the weekend.
while you are there check out cloud gate

ReplyDeleteHow did it go last night? Did they announce the pattern you're switching to next week?
